Sale of Goods and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site. The following goods are available on our Site: – Handmade Children's Clothing and accessories.
All goods will be paid for in full.
The following services are available on our Site:
– Custom Handmade children's clothing and accessories.
The services will be paid for in full 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of order with remainder due at the completion of the order.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Young World by Ruth Inc. try to be as accurate as possible in all Content that we publish on this Site. Young World by Ruth Inc. does not, however, warrant that descriptions of products or other Content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you receive a product and believe that it does not accurately reflect the description of the product on this Site, please contact us.
Colours
Every effort is made to show all the colours of our products as true and accurate to the actual item. The accuracy and fidelity of the colours, however, is dependent on your pc, monitor quality, and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or fidelity of any colour represented on our Site.
Pricing Information
While Young World by Ruth Inc. strives to provide accurate product and pricing information at all times, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Young World by Ruth Inc. cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order. Our goal is to provide you with the lowest prices possible. Prices may change without notice.
Quantity Limits & Dealer Sales
Young World by Ruth Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions also may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address or are placed by dealers. If this limit applies, we will notify you. If you are interested in purchasing multiple quantities of items for a corporation, institution, or not-for-profit organisation, please click here to contact us.
Acceptance of Your Order
You will not be charged until your order is verified, payment authorised, and your order has entered the shipping process. We reserve the right to decline your order at our sole discretion. Some of the reasons we may decline the order are if the goods are unavailable, if pricing is in error, or if there are problems concerning credit or fraud. We will contact you if we decide to decline your order or if we need more information. If we decline your order, we will credit your credit card for any amount charged with respect to such order.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. Express or Priority Shipping
We may offer express and/or priority shipping services for certain items.
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
– Regular Parcel by Canada Post. Delivery takes 5-7 business days.;
– Expedited Parcel by Canada Post. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.;
– Xpresspost by Canada Post. Delivery takes 2-3 business days.; or
– Priority by Canada Post. Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
– Good is broken;
– Good does not match description; or
– Good is the wrong size.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
– Final sale items;
– Cloth diapers;
– Undergarments;
– Swimwear;
– Items not in the same condition received; and
– Items which tags have been removed.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
– Custom orders are eligible for a full refunded if the purchaser cancels the order maximum 24 hours after making the request. After 24 hours deposits are non-refundable.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Communications, Comments, and Other Content
Suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information may be submitted to us, but any illegal, obscene, threatening or defamatory content and any content that is invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable is strictly prohibited. Termination
Terms of Use are in effect unless and until the customer or Young World by Ruth Inc. terminates this Agreement. You may terminate it at any time, but must then immediately discontinue all use of this Site. Young World by Ruth Inc. may terminate this Agreement without notice and at any time. You will be denied authorisation to access this Site if you fail to comply with this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated, you must immediately destroy any information downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site as well as all copies of such materials. Young World by Ruth Inc. shall retain the right to any comments and content submitted by you prior to termination of this Agreement, and such right shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Any indemnification right or obligation set forth in this Agreement will survive termination of this Agreement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Young World by Ruth Inc are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Young World by Ruth Inc agree to submit the issue before a mediator.
The decision of the mediator will not be binding. Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Young World by Ruth Inc.
The costs of any mediation will be shared equally between you and Young World by Ruth Inc.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Young World by Ruth Inc agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick.
